Our Staff
Wayne Burggraff, Senior Pastor
Pastor Wayne was born and raised in Minnesota. In 1973 his family was confronted with the Gospel as the result of a door-to-door calling ministry. After seeing the changes salvation brought to the lives of both of his parents, Wayne accepted Christ in May of that same year. After high school, he began training for the ministry at Pillsbury Baptist Bible College. Upon graduating from college, he and his wife, Debra moved to Pennsylvania to begin seminary training. In 1984, he graduated from Calvary Baptist Theological Seminary with a Masters of Divinity degree. He became Faith Baptist's first full-time assistant pastor in August of 1981, but left in 1984 to start a new church in Parkesburg, PA. He returned to serve as senior pastor here at Faith Baptist in January of 1987. He and his wife have four grown children and now ten grandchildren.
Kim Fox, Assistant Pastor
Kim was saved his senior year in high school just before attending and graduating from Penn State. He then attended Calvary Baptist Seminary from which he graduated in 1987. God directed him and his wife, Lori, to be church-planting missionaries in France from 1988 to 2011. After returning from the mission field, he pastored a young church until joining our staff in the Spring of 2016. He now heads up the Bible Institute, assists with outreach, and leads our seniors ministry. He and Lori have five grown children and a handful of grandchildren.
Tony Burggraff, Assistant Pastor
Tony asked Jesus to forgive him of his sins when he was only four years old. Since the moment God granted that request, Tony has been cultivating his personal relationship with his Savior. To help Tony grow to know Him better, God placed many individuals in his path who lived lives of Christ likeness before his eyes. Their examples and teaching awoke a desire in his heart to work in fulltime ministry. That desire led him to attend Pillsbury Baptist Bible College and Calvary Baptist Theological Seminary for further Biblical training. While at Pillsbury, he met and married his best friend, Christina. God’s leading brought them to Faith Baptist and privileged them to work with your children. Tony's life was heavily influenced by the adults God placed in his path. His desire and prayer is that the individuals working in our various Children’s ministries influence your child’s life for God. His goal is to help you train your child to live a Christ like life.
Jonathan Hitz, Assistant Pastor
Jonathan was born and raised in Lebanon County and attended Faith Baptist Church with his family since he was a child. He asked Jesus to forgive him of his sins at an early age. His family and church members helped and encouraged him to grow spiritually. By high school he knew that he wanted to serve in full-time ministry, so he pursued and graduated with a BA in Pastoral Studies from Maranatha Baptist University and then graduated from Calvary Baptist Seminary with his Master of Divinity degree. He and Chelsea met at Faith and were married in 2011, and they now have two children. He joined the staff at Faith in June of 2018 to oversee the teen ministries. His desire is to help parents train their teens to love and serve Christ.
